PTUJ is the oldest Slovenian town – part of European Cultural Herritage. A trip to Drava vally touches the area of Slovenia wine hills. Ptuj, already in Roman times (Poetovio) was an important center in this part of Europe. Sightseeing in the old part of the town : Roman museum and medieval castle which will be completed with wine testing in the old wine cellar.
